This page explains how to delete your K-DramaAnyLang account and what happens to your data. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
1. How to Delete Your Account (In-App)
- Open the K-DramaAnyLang app and sign in.
- Go to My tab → Settings (gear icon).
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialog.
For security, you may be asked to sign in again before the deletion is processed.
2. Request Deletion by Email
If you can no longer access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing pronunfit@yahoo.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request — K-DramaAnyLang". We will process your request within 30 days.
3. Data That Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is deleted immediately:
- Your account and login credentials (email address, authentication data)
- Your profile (nickname, profile photo, language settings)
- Your watch records (library, watch states, episode progress)
- Your points (AI credits) balance
4. Data That May Be Retained
- Public content you posted — reviews, ratings, posts, and comments — may remain visible in the service after account deletion, no longer linked to an active account. If you want this content removed as well, please state so in your deletion request or contact pronunfit@yahoo.com, and we will remove it within 30 days.
- Data we are required to keep under applicable law (e.g., records of transactions) may be retained for the legally required period and then destroyed.
