1. About the Service
K-DramaAnyLang is a service for discovering Korean content (films, dramas, variety shows) and a multilingual community. By agreeing to these terms, you may use the service.
2. Account & Registration
- You must register with accurate information. Identity fraud is prohibited.
- Account security (password management) is the user's responsibility.
- Users under 14 require parental consent.
3. Usage Rules
- Using the service or translation features for illegal purposes is prohibited.
- Malicious use or overloading the system is prohibited.
- Entering other people's personal information without consent is prohibited.
4. Service Changes & Suspension
We may modify or temporarily suspend services as needed, with prior notice as a principle.
5. Disclaimer
AI translation results are for reference only. K-DramaAnyLang is not liable for issues arising from sole reliance on translations for important documents or work.
6. Cancellation & Refund
Members may request cancellation and refund under the following conditions.
① Subscription Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time via the "Stop Auto-Renewal" button in Settings.
- Cancellation does not immediately end service; you can continue using it until the current billing period expires.
- After expiration, your account will automatically revert to Free Trial.
② Refund Policy
- 1-month plan: Full refund available within 7 days of payment if the subscription benefits have not been used.
- 3-month plan: Full refund within 7 days if unused. After 7 days, prorated refund for remaining period.
- If the subscription benefits have been used, a 10% penalty is deducted from the prorated remaining amount.
③ Non-refundable Cases
- Refund requested after subscription period has expired
- Service restricted due to user's violation of terms
④ Exceptional Refunds
- Full refund for payment errors caused by the company.
- If service is down for 72+ hours due to company fault, the period is extended or prorated refund is provided.
