Everything will be alright (2021)

[A Gyeonggi Content Agency New Media Content Broadcasting Video Production Support Work] Myanmar, a multi-ethnic country composed of 136 ethnic groups, gained independence from Britain in 1948. For the past 70 years, military coups have repeatedly occurred. The military has strengthened its power by taking advantage of political conflicts between the majority Bamar ethnic group and minorities, discord between Buddhism and minority religions, and social unrest such as soaring prices and corruption. In February 2021, another military coup broke out. Ordinary Myanmar citizens launched a large-scale civil disobedience movement, and ethnic minorities in various regions are exercising control over border areas. Furthermore, Myanmar nationals residing abroad are spreading local news and appealing for international support. Initiated by the request of Myanmar nationals in the Gimpo region, this film captures the journey and time of Myanmar's ethnic minorities who were forced to leave their homeland due to civil war and coup.
