Knowledge Channel e is a short current affairs and educational program, approximately 30 minutes long, broadcast by the Korean Educational Broadcasting System (EBS). The 'e' in the program's name implies various keywords such as education, people, and science, and one of these keywords appears after the program name 'Knowledge Channel e' at the beginning of each episode. The sources for topics vary, ranging from fairy tales to research papers, and topics are sometimes selected based on viewer feedback. Occasionally, controversial social issues are presented with in-depth perspectives and artistic expressions, maintaining objectivity without bias. Unlike general documentaries, Knowledge Channel e does not use narration but instead employs background music. This background music can directly convey the intended message in harmony with the topic, or sometimes emphasize the topic in an opposing manner.
