Haesung, an electronics repairman, feels like he is 'a person who wears a helmet (gay)'. However, in a society that treats 'people who wear helmets' as a minority of deviants, Haesung cannot accept himself and lives his life as is. Then one day, he meets a 'helmet' who comes to fix a rainbow-patterned CDP while wearing a helmet.
