A children's film featuring the character 'Mênggu' of popular comedian Lee Chang-hoon, who fights a crime syndicate. Korea's genius doctor, Lee Chang-hoon, returns to his homeland. He is attacked by a crime syndicate at Gimpo Airport and hospitalized, but all his body tissues, except for his brain cells, become incurable. A citizen who cherishes Dr. Lee Chang-hoon donates the body of his son, who is brain-dead, allowing Dr. Lee Chang-hoon to be resurrected as Mênggu, a character with somewhat clumsy behavior. The crime syndicate that terrorized Dr. Lee Chang-hoon has damaged an important machine of a company belonging to the national key industry, with the aim of extorting money. Upon learning this, Mênggu repairs the damaged machine and simultaneously defeats the crime syndicate.
