Meng Gu, a naive young man living with his mother in the deep mountains, sees a news report about a kidnapping and robbery involving a small TV lost by a hiker. He decides to go out into the world to eradicate evil. After bidding farewell to his mother and visiting his father's grave, his father, Kang Il Bong, suddenly appears and teaches him ninja martial arts and Taekwondo. Meng Gu meets a strange, malignant Taoist, older than him, and together they travel to Seoul to find Kim Mal Ttugi, his father's enemy. The Malignant Taoist and Meng Gu become entangled in a case involving a national treasure-level blue celadon, orchestrated by Kim Mal Ttugi.
