Hae-geum (12) discovers a collapsed woman on her way home after playing with friends. Hae-geum and her friends stand by, unable to approach the woman. Hae-geum regains her senses and calls 119. After watching the woman being loaded into an ambulance, her friends leave for home one by one. Left alone, Hae-geum finds a picket sign on the ground and decides to find its owner.
