Jinsu (Song Sam-dong), an unemployed man living in an unremarkable attic, has been preparing for his debut as a film director for four years. Two of his previous projects fell through at the casting and investment stages, and he has just finished his third script, patiently waiting for the investment decision. One day, Tae-wook (Kim Jeong-tae), a supporting actor specializing in gangster roles, whom he met and befriended on set when he was an assistant director, visits him. He arrives in an ill-fitting black sedan and proposes that Jinsu go to the Busan International Film Festival, arguing that they are also filmmakers. Jinsu, unable to resist Tae-wook's insistence, heads to Busan. Although the rare trip brings a slight excitement and pleasant thrill, the situation continues to get complicated, and a series of bitter, unintentionally comical incidents unfold over three days and two nights…
