A young man named Ose suffers from a rare disease that prevents him from staying awake for more than two hours. If he stays awake for longer than two hours, he experiences severe headaches and could even die. Because of this, he cannot even go outside, but with the help of his friend, he goes on an outing for the first time in 15 years. He meets the people he wanted to see, goes to the places he wanted to visit, and does the things he wanted to do. Every time Ose collapses to sleep before the two-hour mark, his friend takes meticulous care of him.
