After punishing the king who tormented the people in the Joseon era, Jeon Woo-chi travels 500 years into the present of 2015 via a lip elevator. He meets Seok, an elementary school student who just moved to Buam-dong in Seoul, and Sancho, a martial arts prodigy, and the three become friends. Meanwhile, in Joseon, Udangtang, a Taoist who is Jeon Woo-chi's friend and rival, teams up with the king to plan revenge against Jeon Woo-chi, even creating a secret weapon: a magic robot. On the other hand, Woo-chi and his friends, while building friendships and adventures across time, face a maximum crisis when they get trapped in the Time Chamber inhabited by tick-tock fish due to the king and Udangtang's schemes. Taking advantage of Jeon Woo-chi turning into a child after his time is stolen by the tick-tock fish and losing his powers, the king uses the magic robot to torment the people once again!
