One day, Chief Na, Na Hee, Bun Hee's friend Dr. Yoon and his daughter Mira, along with Inspector Kang, go to a ski resort to create happy memories. While skiing, Chief Na, Na Hee, Dr. Yoon and his daughter Mira are kidnapped. The villains, who are trying to hand over Dr. Yoon's computer chip designs to a third country, lure Dr. Yoon by using his kidnapped daughter Mira as bait. One day, Inspector Kang and Inspector Harry, who followed Dr. Yoon, track down and confront the villains but are overpowered. However, in a dangerous situation, the Half-Moon Warrior suddenly appears, sides with justice, defeats the villains, and disappears with the wind. Not only the villains, but also Kang and Chief Na harbor suspicions about the legendary warrior Half-Moon.
