In a smoky San Francisco casino, Jun, the son of a former elite, plays blackjack aimlessly, wasting his life on drugs and gambling. Woohee from Club Avantgarde takes a liking to Jun and grows closer after his lover, Anna Roo, is killed in a shootout and he becomes a target of newspapers and intelligence agencies. To pay off his and Anna Roo's debts, Jun decides to head to a Las Vegas casino, and sets off with Woohee. On the way, their car breaks down, and they become stranded in the desert. There, Jun feels pity and love for Woohee's painful past, and Woohee realizes true love through stories she never recounted. However, upon arriving in Las Vegas, Jun loses all his money in the ruthless world of betting. Finally, using Woohee's money, he wins a large sum, but cannot control himself and meets his death.
