Shin Dong-yeop and Ha Sang-hoon are fellow patients at a mental hospital. They are best friends and constantly cause trouble, making them subjects of constant surveillance. One day, Dong-yeop has a strange dream. He sees a princess being captured and toyed with by villains, and just before he can save her, he is woken up by the villains. Upon waking, Dong-yeop believes what happened in his dream is real and launches a major escape operation with Sang-hoon to save the princess. Dong-yeop and Sang-hoon scour the hospital for the necessary escape equipment, causing various incidents. After much hardship, they finally obtain the equipment needed for their escape and begin to inspect it, only to find it filled with miscellaneous junk instead of escape gear. Nevertheless, the two smile with satisfaction and attempt their escape, but are discovered by a guard and continue their efforts. Their plan to blow up the director's office to use the commotion for their escape fails, and despite trying various methods, they repeatedly fail. Finally, they escape during a lapse in surveillance, but a guard suddenly appears, Sang-hoon is caught, and only Dong-yeop succeeds in escaping. Dong-yeop, having successfully escaped, disguises himself as a female police officer to flee and evade the pursuing guard.
