Dr. Gong Dal Gu dreams of ruling the world and summons the Baby God. He intends to eliminate the four-dimensional figure hindering his plans – the Holy Buddha (phonetic transcription) and the Taoist No Teul – and create another figure capable of moving the world. The Baby God demands the pure tears of six children as an ingredient, and Dr. Gong captures five grave robbers who came to the Black Magic Cave, using them to kidnap the children. Meanwhile, the Taoist No Teul accidentally discovers Chil Deuk Yi, the son of detective Dok Go, sees his pure heart, and bestows supernatural powers upon him. As Police Chief Dok Go begins to sketch out the criminals and start an investigation, Dr. Gong, feeling anxious, attempts to kidnap his daughter Suk, but fails when Chil Deuk Yi discovers him. Dr. Gong's gang kidnaps Suk again to evade Chil Deuk Yi, but they are ultimately all apprehended by the Taoist No Teul, Chil Deuk Yi, and the police. (Park Min)
