Gilnyeo, whose father is a hunchback, is sold to Yoon Jusa for money. The perverted Yoon Jusa abuses her. Unable to bear it, Gilnyeo cuts off Yoon Jusa's genitals, crippling him, and flees into the mountains. Yoon Jusa sends men to capture Gilnyeo, but they repeatedly fail, so he sends Doosam, a renowned hunter, into the mountains. Doosam, pursued after committing murder, captures Gilnyeo alive, receives money, and intends to flee far away. However, during the chase, the two fall in love. Finally, both are killed by the man pursuing Doosam and by Yoon Jusa, who had set out to find Gilnyeo himself.
