Hye-kyung, who is waiting for her husband to return from an overseas branch, meets photographer Min-ho one day and feels attracted to him. As her husband is absent for a long time, Hye-kyung cannot satisfy her sexual needs and suffers from insomnia and headaches, imagining an affair with another man. When Min-ho approaches, Hye-kyung cannot resist the temptation and engages in an affair. Min-ho secretly meets his fiancée Mi-ae and hurries to marry. Upon hearing the news of Hye-kyung's husband's return, Min-ho proposes to run away together, but Hye-kyung refuses. Hye-kyung visits the fiancée Mi-ae, exposes Min-ho's double-dealing, and commits suicide. Mi-ae watches as she is taken away in an ambulance.
