After 12 years, Madame goes out and meets Eros in an Itaewon alley. Seeing a striking resemblance to her son, who died 12 years ago, Madame believes Eros is her son and attempts to kidnap him. Meanwhile, Eros, torn between Eve and Chanel who both love him, is on the run after accidentally killing Chanel. He takes refuge in Madame's house, while secretly continuing to meet Eve. Madame introduces Rose to satisfy Eros's desires, but also realizes she herself has desires for Eros. Rose, upon discovering Eros's true identity, suggests killing Madame, but is instead killed by Madame, who tries to protect Eros. Eve, who had been hiding, witnesses the entire scene and learns the truth.
