Minwoo, the ward's head, displays a bright demeanor unsuited for a hospital, despite his incurable condition. These six individuals, though prone to arguments, exhibit remarkable teamwork. Meanwhile, the love between Minwoo and the new nurse, Juhee, brings new vitality to the ward, prompting others to plot ways to help Minwoo. Amidst their squabbles with the nurse, Seonju, a new patient, is admitted to Room 303. Witnessing her desperate struggle against the fear of death, Minwoo, who had also contemplated shortening his life, feels a sense of empathy.
