Seven rascals who grew up in an orphanage work part-time at a fast-food restaurant to earn their tuition fees. They also participate in character shows at park events, where they wear tiger masks and showcase martial arts, singing, and dancing, bringing joy to visiting children. Their mission also includes dismantling a criminal organization that kidnaps young boys and girls to force them into criminal acts such as robbery, begging, and pickpocketing. One day, to save their orphanage sister, Jisook, who is dying from a heart condition, the rascals enter a mountain bike race. They use the prize money to pay for Jisook's surgery. The police department selects them as brave children for showing true courage and awards them honorary police certificates.
