There is a man named Park Dae-seo (Park Joong-hoon) working in the PR department of a pharmaceutical company. He harbors an obsessive sense of victimhood and anxiety about society, where various violent crimes dominate newspaper headlines daily. One day, a handgun that comes into his possession by chance grants him, along with confused emotions, a strange self-confidence. With a gun always at hand, he is no longer afraid when encountering thugs or facing his boss who is trying to seduce his wife. Now, with the confidence he has gained, Dae-seo decides to report the firearm and heads to the police station. However, a completely unexpected event occurs, making the firearm report difficult.
