On Grandparents' Day, a grandson visits his grandfather. The grandson starts to develop a fever at night, and as time passes, he has difficulty breathing. The frail grandfather tries to save his grandson with artificial respiration, but he struggles, unable to muster the courage in a situation suspected of being an infectious disease. Meanwhile, the full moon in the yard turns the grandfather into a giant. Gaining courage, the grandfather clenches his fists and re-enters the room.
