Joseon-dong, a severely disabled individual, lived at 'Kkotdongne,' a residential facility for the disabled in Gapyeong, for about 14 years before moving out in 2021. He was once able to walk and run well, but his disability worsened significantly over the years, eventually leaving him bedridden. He left the facility, where he had gone to die, with the support of the Nodle Youth School and Gimpo Center after approximately 14 years. After moving into a supported living facility in Gimpo and seemingly living independently, he suddenly heads to Seoul. He abandons the 24-hour support services and the supported living facility, available only in Gimpo, and goes to Seoul, declaring at Nodle Youth School that he will live in Jongno-gu. The film depicts Joseon-dong's process of establishing a stable daily life in Seoul's Jongno-gu without a home or possessions.
