Yeonji and Jieun are activists with People First. On Election Day in the 2025 presidential election, the People First activists hold a press conference demanding the guarantee of suffrage for people with developmental disabilities and then head to vote. However, the polling station staff repeatedly state that they cannot receive voting assistance solely based on having a developmental disability, and refuse assistance. Angered, Yeonji leaves the polling station, and Jieun bursts into tears outside. Denied their right to vote, the two women begin to speak out against the electoral system that discriminates against people with developmental disabilities, sharing their experiences.
