Cheol-woo, a defector from North Korea, needs money to bring his mother over. He works tirelessly day and night. The company where Cheol-woo is interning gives him a mission to secure a full-time position: he must fire Section Chief Kim Jong-jin from the finance team. However, the HR manager, Seong-dae, presents him with a task that seems more than just a typical dismissal. To survive, Cheol-woo must make a choice.
