Chunhwa, a movie costume designer, and Leehwa, a shaman, are sisters-in-law living together. To avenge the death of Chunhwa's husband, who was also Leehwa's younger brother, and who died of sexual exhaustion, Leehwa prays to heaven and receives a goblin's magic club, which she then intentionally gives to Chunhwa. From that night on, bizarre incidents begin to occur to Chunhwa after receiving the magic club. A mannequin on which she hangs the movie costumes she designed suddenly transforms into a Joseon-era servant and appears in a hallucination, taking her back to the past Joseon era. One night, a Japanese samurai appears, and another night, a Western gunman appears, transporting her into a world of hallucination. Chunhwa feels chaotic inside this time machine. Finally, according to Leehwa's scheme, Chunhwa faints from four mannequins and awakens from the swamp of hallucination.
