An elderly woman living alone in a rural village goes through the same daily routine every day. A delivery driver visits about once a month. Each time he visits, he feels sorry for the grandmother after seeing her. Then one day, the delivery driver arrives with a lunchbox, but there is no sign of life at the grandmother's house.
