Eunsang is an unknown artist who paints pictures featuring flies. One day, while eating instant noodles, she notices a strange texture and realizes it's a fly. Soon, she's consumed by anxiety, feeling as if a fly is living inside her stomach, and begins to force-feed herself to digest it.
