Among her many colleagues, Kim Hajin, a public servant, is exceptionally busy. The mountain of mail piled up like a tower and the endless citizen complaints are overwhelming for her to handle alone, yet her colleagues and superiors alike seem to take her struggles for granted, ignoring her plight. Despite having done nothing wrong or made any mistakes, she faces continuous nagging, criticism, and even threats. Hajin gradually becomes consumed by an inexplicable anxiety.
