Living a life without purpose, following orders blindly, Kim Jong-soo (male, 40), a gangster, leaves his organization after 20 years to pursue his dream of becoming a chef. He opens a food truck while hiding his past as a thug. Now, his body is no longer adorned with scars from fights, but with marks from knife cuts and oil burns from cooking! Jong-soo wants to be recognized as a true chef for his heartfelt dishes, but the world is cruel. Jong-soo's efforts yield little. Suddenly, a glimmer of hope appears: his niece, Yoo-na (female, 19)! Yoo-na, a YouTuber, decides to film a vlog with her uncle Jong-soo to promote her food truck. Meanwhile, Choi Kkang-pae (male, 38), who watched Yoo-na's vlog, feels his pride wounded when he reads comments calling him a fake gangster imitating real ones, while Jong-soo is the real gangster. Choi Kkang-pae, seeking revenge on Jong-soo for humiliating him, decides to expose Jong-soo as a fake gangster through a live broadcast. He goes undercover as a customer at Jong-soo's food truck. As Choi Kkang-pae starts the live broadcast to prove he's a fake gangster, Yoo-na, aware of the entire plan, immediately calls Jong-soo. Will Jong-soo succeed in saving his shop and becoming a successful chef?
