University students Yeo-ok and Myung-sook passionately love a young French professor. When the professor takes a liking to Yeo-ok, Myung-sook sends a fake letter, pretending it was written by Yeo-ok, to sow discord between them, ultimately leading to a big misunderstanding. Later, Yeo-ok discovers the misunderstanding with the professor was due to Myung-sook's schemes and searches for him. They reaffirm their mutual love.
