An unidentified goblin appears in the human world and abducts people. The Goblin King orders his prince to punish those who break the goblin laws. Meanwhile, Cha Dol saves Yeppeuni from a dangerous situation with mountain bandits, and she naturally joins the group. Ggom Swe encounters a bear and a group of goblins, and accidentally obtains the Goblin's Club. Ggom Swe wears a goblin mask in an empty village, faces misfortune, and has the club snatched away by goblins who come to reclaim it. Cha Dol meets the Goblin Prince and a secret inspector, and learns they are after gold. He gathers tiger and bear whiskers to make a goblin hat, while Ggom Swe, on the secret inspector's errand, meets Gat-kkeun and heads to the gold mine. Cha Dol and the prince are ambushed by the enemy, and the Goblin Prince is kidnapped. However, Cha Dol quickly defeats the enemy and rescues the prince and the Goblin's Club. Ggom Swe and the secret inspector's party raid the gold mine, rescue the captured people, and apprehend corrupt officials and Japanese pirates attempting to smuggle gold, thus restoring peace to the village.
