While judging short films at a film festival, Yeonju is taken aback when she sees Seonmin's film, which tells the exact same story as her own screenplay. She tries to summon Seonmin to confirm the details, but Seonmin's explanation that she wrote about her own experiences clashes with Yeonju's disbelief. To reveal that the story is based on Seonmin's experiences, the two head to Gyeongju to meet a visually impaired couple who appeared in the film. There, they watch a reading play, "Manbokseongje," created by visually impaired individuals. Their second destination is Woljeongsa Temple on Odaesan Mountain in Gangneung, the setting for Seonmin's film. They meet a monk and discover that both Yeonju and Seonmin have a connection with him, but their misunderstanding is not easily resolved. The two part ways, and Yeonju goes to find Director Kim, the male protagonist of the film.
