The stone walls of Jeju, built over a thousand years and stretching more than half the length of the earth. Jo Hwan-jin, principal of the Stone Light Art School, who is dedicated to preserving the fading stone culture and the legacy of stone artisans, works hard every day building stone walls. In between his busy schedule, he often repairs collapsed field walls in other villages and conducts various stone culture classes, all while writing papers on stone. His story follows his dream of being recognized as an artist, not just manual labor, and creating works filled with hope and soul.
