Eadweard Muybridge's (film) apparatus, which opened an era of illusion as an embodiment of aspiration in the late 19th century, and anonymous sounds and images that have now become illusions. Motoko deconstructs footage containing horrific events to reset anonymous timelines and attempts to summon (pseudo-)memories. Based on this, Ha Sang-cheol re-transforms/anchors real-time operating sounds and images to model them.
