This film tells the story of Teacher Ji Wook-cheol's efforts to revive "seagrass ", an indigenous seaweed disappearing due to marine pollution and climate change. To restore seagrass forests and create a marine protected area that benefits local residents, he persuades other villagers and spreads the word about the positive changes in the village through the marine protected area.
