Min-soo, an underworld thug, is arrested after being pursued by the police while acting on Chairman Jang's orders and taking refuge in Hye-sook's room. Hye-sook has her purity stolen by Sang-cheol, a henchman of Chairman Jang. After his release from prison, Min-soo retaliates against the attack by Sang-cheol and Director Yoon's gang. Min-soo returns to his hometown with Hye-sook, but is arrested again by Dong-hoon, a former subordinate, and sentenced to 20 years in prison. After his release, Min-soo shares his joy with the affection of his subordinates, Hye-sook who waited for him, and his mother, old Mrs. Yoon.
