A boy named 'Jin' (Kim Seo-jin) awakens a Tyrannosaurus that has been asleep for 65 million years and accidentally succeeds in communicating with it. Jin is then specially admitted to the Diamer Academy, which trains Earth's defense forces, as a Linker. Jin begins various training sessions, from communication training with the Tyrannosaurus, piloting training, to virtual combat training. He later forms a team with other Diamer Linkers such as 'Sena' (Ji-soo), 'Ain' (Moon So-hee), and 'Yong-hoo' (Lee Se-on) to grow together. One day, the Mechanical Dinosaur Empire, aiming for the Eternal Core that fell to Earth, invades the planet, and the Kaiser army takes advantage of the situation to attack Diamer and attempt to steal the Eternal Core. The Diamer Linkers successfully unite to stop them. However, when 'Plautus', the second-in-command of the Mechanical Dinosaur Empire, appears, they face a desperate crisis... Will the Diamer Linkers be able to defend the Earth against the strongest villain, 'Plautus'?
