A quiet model student at school, a meticulous criminal making money outside. From the moment Bae Gyu-ri from his class finds out about Oh Ji-soo's double life, the 10-episode series runs non-stop. Kim Dong-hee barely uses any facial expressions, but that blank look becomes increasingly terrifying, and Park Ju-hyun's Gyu-ri was so unpredictable that I felt tense every time she was on screen. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen such a great ensemble from newcomers, including Jung Da-bin and Nam Yoon-su. However, the feeling that remained after finishing it wasn't satisfaction, but a sense of unease. The crimes these kids are involved in are real youth issues, and the drama uses them as fuel for a thriller. While it's true that it tackles social issues head-on, it was hard to shake the feeling that as the tension rose, the subject matter was being consumed as entertainment. I understood why they held prevention lectures on the day of its release. In terms of production quality, it’s clearly a well-made piece. But it was the kind of drama where I felt a bit guilty saying I enjoyed it.
